-How do I care for my satin pillow slip?
Handle with care. Satin can be stained or discoloured by oils, hair dye and face creams (cleanse that pretty face before bedtime) Note-product will appear creased once removed from packaging. We suggest you wash it once before use Use a detergent for delicate fabrics and do not use fabric softener Hand or machine wash with cool water on a delicate cycle Wash normally and iron inside out. Lay flat to dry Iron on a low heat setting Contact with rough surfaces will damage the I satin.
This pillowslip is made from stretch satin and fits a standard pillow of approx 45 x 70 cm

Delivery options are:
Courier- we deliver directly to your home or office,anywhere in South Africa
Collect- You can choose to collect from our hello hair salon at:
42 Witkoppen road, Rustic Timber centre, fourways 2055
Tues- Friday 9-5
We only deliver to street addresses and during business hours (no weekends or public holidays) so please select your delivery address accordingly.
Local Delivery costs are R80 and to any regional areas R150.
Orders are dispatched on average 5-7 days of payment. Over night delivery can be arranged, please specify.
Once we have dispatched your order we will send you an email with tracking details
We currently only ship within South Africa
-If you need to return an item because of a manufacturing fault on receipt of this item,you will need to report such dissatisfaction to us within 7 days of receiving, we will arrange collection for the item at our cost. We will investigate the reason why the order was returned and if it is found to be a defect caused by hello hair, you will be refunded or your order will be replaced and sent to you at our cost
If you find you are dissatisfied with the product but the 7 day return period has passed,please write us an e-mail and each case will be dealt with on merit.
Please note we do not Accept returns on items that have been partially used because of the personal nature of the product
We will gladly accept goods that are unused and unwashed and come with their original packaging. Goods are exchanged at the current value, should you wish to exchange a product please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
